Refund policy

Ravi Design Inc.
At Ravi Design Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a clear and fair return and exchange policy that complies with current consumer protection laws in Quebec.

1. Returns
In accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, clothing items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The item received is not what was ordered (wrong size or model)
Important:Items that are on sale, customized (e.g. embroidery or printing), or altered upon request cannot be returned.

2. Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
Return and reshipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  2. Return instructions:Once your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Refund:Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized or altered items
  • Final sale items (as indicated during purchase)
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items due to misuse

6. Consumer Rights
As per the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR, c. P-40.1), customers in Quebec have the right to cancel a distance-purchase contract within 30 days of receiving the item, under certain conditions.
